What's New at Clermont Park
Construction has been underway on our campus. We recently completed our brand-new Skilled Nursing suites and Phase 1 of our Town Center, along with renovations to our Assisted Living and Memory Support residences. We plan to begin construction of our new Residential Living residences and Phase 2 of our Town Center in Fall 2011.

Town Center: The vibrant social hub of Clermont Park, featuring:

- The Alter G Antigravity Treadmill designed by NASA and the FDA, which helps seniors safely rehabilitate their hips and knees, and aids with gait training, neurological retraining, and strength and conditioning by using air to off-load weight while exercising

Timeline
July 2008 – Redevelopment begins on second floor of Clermont Park at 2479 S. Clermont to provide new assisted living and memory support homes.
February 2009 – Assisted living and memory support apartment homes scheduled to be complete.
April 2009 – Modifications begin in the cul-de-sac for underground utilities.
April 2009 to June 2009 – Modifications begin at the Health Center at 2480 S. Clermont. Plans will be developed to move skilled nursing residents to new accommodations within the building to allow for the start of interior construction.
June 2009 – Within the Health Center, skilled nursing residents will move to the modified section of the building.
November 2009 – Construction of new the Health Center and Phase 1 of the Town Center begins.
Fall 2010 – Completion of the new Health Center and Phase 1 of the Town Center.
Fall 2011 – Begin construction of the new residential living apartment homes and Phase 2 of the Town Center.
Early 2013 – Anticipated completion of the new residential living apartment homes and Phase 2 of the Town Center.
