Changing the face of senior living in Denver.

The redevelopment of our community, which began in the fall of 2007, is now fully underway. When complete, this five-year project will transform University Hills and The Living Center community into Clermont Park, a full-service continuing care retirement community.

In our existing location off of Colorado Boulevard on South Clermont Street in Denver, the retirement community plans include the construction of a brand-new residential senior living apartment building; a new Town Center to serve as the heart of this community-centered environment; and a new skilled nursing health center. In addition, new memory support and assisted living residences and renovated tailored living apartments have been incorporated into the existing structure.

If you’d like to learn more about the redevelopment of Clermont Park, schedule a personal tour today.
